Ever dollar that is raised, will allow Mike to receive one minute of physical therapy session at a certified spinal cord
rehabilitation center, located in Bloomingdale, NJ. This type of therapy is not covered by insurance.
The drawing for the topiary Bear will be held at the Shred For Mikey 2nd annual Golf Outing. Please visit
the fundraiser page for up to date information regarding date and location of the outing. You do not have to be present to
win the BEAR. You will be contacted with the name and phone number indicated on the back of the raffle ticket or via your
on-line donation.
Raffle tickets may be purchased at Mill Creek Boutique, located at Rt. 515, Vernon, NJ. (Bottom of the hill, just before the A&P). or
ON-Line with the PAYPAL button shown below. Every $5 denomination donation will receive 1 ticket (ie. $20 donation =
4 raffle tickets). Please include your name and phone number with the donation.
In addition, all topiaries purchased at The Mill Creek Boutique will benefit the Shred For Mikey fundraiser. Please tell
